Description:
FireShield Wood Fireproofing Coating is a water-based fireproofing coating for wood. It forms a clear intumescent coat for wood and other cellulose based materials like paper, cardboard and other porous materials. Upon exposure to fire, FireShield’s intumescent properties allow it to expand and create a char barrier, insulating the wood surface from heat and oxygen to retard the spread of flames.
